MotionCow Royalty-Free License Agreement

By purchasing or downloading this product, you agree to the following terms.

Ownership

All 3D models, textures, images, and associated files are the exclusive intellectual property of MotionCow and are protected by copyright laws. Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use the product. Ownership and copyright remain with MotionCow.

License Grant

Each purchase grants one license to one individual or one legal entity. The license may not be transferred, assigned, or sold to another individual or organization without MotionCow’s prior written permission.

Permitted Use

You may use the purchased product in both commercial and non-commercial projects, including but not limited to:

  • Films, animations and videos
  • Games and interactive applications
  • Websites and WebGL applications
  • AR/VR experiences
  • Medical, educational and scientific visualizations
  • Advertising and marketing materials
  • 3D printing for your own use or as part of a specific client project. The printed model may not be used as a standalone commercial product, manufactured in quantity, or sold or distributed in multiple copies without MotionCow’s prior written permission.

You may modify the models as necessary for your productions.

Restrictions

You may not:

  • Sell, resell, share, redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease or give away the original files or any modified version of them.
  • Upload the models to any marketplace, asset library, file-sharing service or other platform where others can download or reuse them.
  • Include the models in templates, stock assets, model collections or any competing commercial asset.
  • Claim the models, in whole or in part, as your own work.
  • Remove or alter any copyright notices included with the product.
  • Use the models to train, fine-tune or develop artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning systems without prior written permission from MotionCow.

Websites & Interactive Applications

You may incorporate MotionCow models into websites, games, WebGL, AR/VR or other interactive applications, provided reasonable measures are taken to prevent users from accessing or extracting the original model files.

Client Work

You may use the models when creating work for your clients. Your client receives the finished production, including any authorized physical print created as part of that project, but does not obtain ownership of or rights to the original 3D model files unless they purchase a separate license from MotionCow.

Company Use

The purchased files may be stored on computers or servers owned by you or your organization solely for the purpose of creating your own productions. The files may not be shared outside your organization or made publicly accessible.
